Hard workers that knew what they were doing. It was our first major home incident and we didn't know what to expect. They put our mind at ease and got the job done!

I can't recommend Penco Restoration enough! They saved the original flooring, most of the original trim and most of the bricking. They packed out, cleaned, and stored what was salvageable. And they did it during unprecedented times, during a global pandemic and crazy new restrictions.

They also did it around 400+ rare plans, my 4 homeschooling kids, me running a business, my dad getting sick, my herd of dogs and a global pandemic. So, they're legit.

A slow leak from the kitchen sink could not have reared itself at a worst time. Yes, during the COVID-19 quarantine. The PENCO mitigation team was dispatched to my home, armed with all of the tools needed to dry the water from the kitchen to the basement. The crew, CJ and Eric, were very professional and always answered any questions I had during the process. They also followed the current protocols for social distancing and disinfected my home when leaving for the day. The job took all of 5 days to complete and I am glad they were very thorough in completing their work. A big thank you to you all!

Penco's overall performance was outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and maintained good communication through the entire project. My project was extensive and several times I needed to make decisions during the process. Penco explained to me the various pros/cons, answered all my questions, which allowed me to make an informed decision. Looking back I would not change anything. I can recommend Penco without any reservations and in fact I plan on using them for a future expansion project I am planning.
