From start to finish, we have had nothing but an absolutely wonderful, genuine, professional experience with our Penco friends! Losing your house of 40+ years from a traumatic tornado is something I’d imagine no one wants to experience, but if we had to go through this, I’m glad we were able to have the Penco team help us every step of the way. They took a very emotionally-sensitive situation and handled it with compassion and empathy. Trey shared great organization, understanding, expertise and talent in the various phases of demolition and reconstruction. They listened, answered our questions, were extremely responsive and always gave us excellent recommendations on the restoration process. And ultimately, we ended up with a beautifully remodeled home that we’re very pleased with! Thanks, especially to Jeff Halus toward the latter part of the project and to Trey towards to the beginning. They were both so awesome to work with!

Best company I have ever worked with. Did super job in most timely manner. Always responsive to any questions or concerns. Promptly handled everything. Stuck to estimated project timeline. Handled all insurance issues with the insurance adjuster directly. 2/3 of my house had to be redone after tornado hit it, and I have zero negative comments about this company's work.

Hard workers that knew what they were doing. It was our first major home incident and we didn't know what to expect. They put our mind at ease and got the job done!

I can't recommend Penco Restoration enough! They saved the original flooring, most of the original trim and most of the bricking. They packed out, cleaned, and stored what was salvageable. And they did it during unprecedented times, during a global pandemic and crazy new restrictions.

They also did it around 400+ rare plans, my 4 homeschooling kids, me running a business, my dad getting sick, my herd of dogs and a global pandemic. So, they're legit.

My house burned down back in January 2020. Penco did the rebuild and my house looks awesome. I found the company thorough, timely, and easy to communicate with from Jeff who came out and did the estrimate, to Darlene and Trey whom worked with me and my insurance to Johnny who supervised the rebuild. I spend most of my time working with Johnny. He was always accessible, returned calls quickly, was extremely knowledgable, patient and answered any question I had big or small to my understanding. The end result is amazing and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Penco Restoration to anyone and everyone.
