I found all members of the Penco team to be professional, curteous and capable. With each step that it took to complete the water damage restoration, they communicated what would be done, when it would begin and when it would be finished. If I had a question or concern they always took the time to listen and then took steps to make certain I was satisfied with the results. Having spent a lifetime in the commercial construction industry, I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with any company than I have been with Penco. They have my complete appreciation and approval.
