The team monitored the equipment until all drying goals were met. The office team worked with the customer's insurance company and adjuster to streamline the process.

Our technicians first boarded up the windows that were blown out by the tornado, as well as removed the blinds. The technicians then pulled up the hardwood floors and antimicrobial was applied to prevent any microbial growth.
