The team placed the necessary equipment to dry the home and monitored the equipment until all drying goals were met. Solution Provided: After inspection from the mitigation team, the team determined that the master tub was the source of the leak. They removed the affected drywall, insulation, and carpet pad. Solution Provided: After inspection from the mitigation team, they determined that the septic line did in fact cause the damage. It affected the bath, den, hall, and the utility area. They removed the drywall, flooring, and insultation in the affected areas. The team then set 9 air movers, and air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier to dry the affected area and let the homeowner know the areas should be dry within 3-5 days. The PENCO team worked with the homeowner's insurance company throughout the whole process. The homeowners will now be passed onto the PENCO structure department in order to have all necessary repairs completed.

Solution Provided: After inspection from the mitigation manager, he determined the ice maker supply in wall had leaked affecting the kitchen, laundry room, and master closet. The kitchen and closet cabinets were both swollen as well. The mitigation team proceeded to complete necessary demolition, which included kitchen cabinets, affected hardwoods, and carpet. Seven air movers and two dehumidifier were placed in order to dry the affected areas. The mitigation team monitored the equipment until all drying goals were met. The PENCO team worked with the homeowner's insurance company throughout the whole process. The homeowners will now be passed onto the PENCO structure department in order to have all necessary repairs completed.

Solution Provided: The mitigation manager proceeded to meet with National Environmental Solutions (NESI) at the home in order to perform protocol air sampling, which found that there were elevated levels of mold spores in the crawlspace. NESI gave PENCO the protocol and the team completed remediation. Then NESI came back onsite in order to get clearance approvals for the home. The team worked with the customer's insurance company (Georgia Farm Bureau) in order to streamline the process for the customer.
