Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted PENCO after he noticed water damage in his bathroom. After the water mitigation manager performed an inspection, he found that the bathtub supply line was leaking behind the tile surround, which affected both the master bath and the crawlspace.

Solutions provided:

The mitigation manager proceeded to meet with National Environmental Solutions (NESI) at the home in order to perform protocol air sampling, which found that there were elevated levels of mold spores in the crawlspace. NESI gave PENCO the protocol and the team completed remediation. Then NESI came back onsite in order to get clearance approvals for the home.

The team worked with the customer's insurance company (Georgia Farm Bureau) in order to streamline the process for the customer.
