No such thing as a small leak! My insurance recommended Penco to handle the major damage done to master bath including plenty of water damage throughout walls and floor. I am elderly and needed help which CJ in the office immediately had Joseph Pendley to contact me which he did. I could not have dreamed of meeting and dealing with such a kind knowledgeable young man. He has finished his part of my repair, and I would highly recommend & use him again, hopefully, won't have to as I hate ''small leaks''. 5 stars all the way. Thanks (office) CJ and Joe Pendley

Upon inspection from the mitigation team, they found that a mouse had chewed the supply line which affected the garage ceiling, walls, and floors. Water had flowed into a storage area behind the garage as well. The team performed necessary demolition and placed four air movers and two dehumidifiers. The team recommended the homeowner seek out pest control services to take a look at their property. The mitigation team monitored the equipment until all drying goals were met. The PENCO team worked with the homeowner's insurance company throughout the whole process.

August 24, 2021 | Carrollton, GA

After inspection from the mitigation team, they discovered water leak affected two levels of the home. On the main level, the half bath, hall, closet, foyer, and dining room were affected. In the basement, the bathroom, hall, and crawlspace were affected. There was no water extraction needed. The team completed necessary demolition and set 2 air movers and 1 dehumidifier to begin the drying process. The equipment was monitored until all drying goals were met. The PENCO team worked with the homeowner's insurance company throughout the whole process.

August 30, 2021 | Carrollton, GA

During the inspection, he observed that there was possible microbial growth on the subfloor of the basement. The mitigation manager proceeded to meet with National Environmental Solutions (NESI) at the home in order to perform protocol air sampling, which found that there were elevated levels of mold spores. NESI gave PENCO the protocol and the team completed remediation. Then NESI came back onsite in order to get clearance approvals for the home. The team worked with the customer's insurance company (Georgia Farm Bureau) in order to streamline the process for the customer. The customer will now be handed off to the PENCO structure division in order to complete his repairs.
